Shipping and Returns

A website which acts as an online portfolio and art work sales for Carole Bury.

How do you take payment?

Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All transactions are processed through the gateway provider PayPal and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do! Prices can be estimated with a reputable Courier and discussed with you.

How much is shipping in the UK?
Smaller pieces are sent Royal Mail First Class post, larger valuable pieces will be Recorded, Next Day Delivery, fully tracked and insured. Costs can be given depending on size.

Currently all the smaller textile pieces on my website include free postage within the UK.

How do you ship your work?
All framed works are packed very carefully in custom made double walled cardboard boxes with layers of bubble wrap. Large drawings are rolled and shipped in extra strong 3mm walled cardboard tubes.

I have placed my order, when should I expect my artwork?
Once your place your order it will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details, delivery takes between 5-7 business days depending on where you live and is subject to local postal delays.

Currently all the smaller textile pieces on my website include free postage within the UK. This is clear on the individual pieces in The Shop.

All larger shipments have a tracking number and require a signature on delivery. If you need your piece in a hurry, email me at carole@carolebury.com and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Customs and duty charges
Customers are responsible for all custom and duty charges, if relevant please consult your government website for further information.

What if my piece gets lost or damaged?
If your piece get lost or damaged, we offer a replacement, if available, or full refund. Please see our Shipping and Returns policies for further information.

What if I change my mind?
If the piece doesn’t suit or you just change your mind, please contact Carole and we will try and support an alternative or refund. We offer a full refund, within 14 days of receipt. But work must be returned, undamaged in its original packaging, via the same delivery method, and fully be paid by you.
